Quiet, isolated spot near a farm.

Some hardstanding in a grassy field. Levelling ramps needed. Electric hookup.

Nearby villages and good walking.

I initially drove past the entrance and had to turn around but good road onto the site.

What a delightful location. We were met by the owner and directed to the CL the cost was £14 per night. The CL is in an enclosed field with hardstanding pitches. Some of the pitches require levelling ramps, the chemical disposal is in the field next to the site. Television signal was excellent The farm is located beside the main road but there is very little noise from the road, a bus stop is located outside the farm. At the back of the field is the old railway line which is an excellent walk for ramblers/dog owners. You can walk into Middleton from the site. If you turn left you can walk into a small village that has a pub and a few shops. We definitely recommend this site and will be returning
