This Campsite is not actually in the town of Denia. Its location is not far from N332 (national route) from Oliva to Denia.
Location is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
You will need a car or transport to get to the nearest Supermarket, although I did see a bus stop on the road outside of the campsite I did not look at the timetable etc.
The Site itself is down a little part made bumpy lane although I took my caravan down it with no problems. Once you arrive the reception is immediately on the left and there is a barrier which always tends to be up. Friendly staff and they speak enough English to converse ok.
My tip would be to leave your outfit near reception and walk the site first, its a small site and some of the inroads are extremely narrow and tight as I found out with my 7. 2m caravan and Kia Sedona! However the pitches are of reasonable size and are flat with a sand/dirt composition, there is electric and water near enough to use a mains set up from the tap. I understand that it is 10amp electric.
The facilities include a lovely swimming pool with a shallow end with steps to a deep end which I reckon to be about 8feet deep. Plenty of sun loungers too. There is a nice bar area open all day and late into the night but it is not noisy.
The Shower and wash up areas are clean and tidy although the push taps are a bit annoying but water is scarce in these parts!
There is a children's play area and also a mini supermarket but we did not use it whilst here for our 10 night stay.
With your own transport there is lots to see and do in the area. There are supermarkets and shops of all types within a 15 minute drive.
There are quite a few 'permanent' caravans on this site but this tends to be the trend on these Costa sites. It can look a bit untidy with patrons using every available space on their pitch and it did remind me of a Favela! However everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Overall a good place to stay not far from the warm sea and beach.
The price we paid is 21. 50 Euros per night but as we stayed for 10 nights we got a discount of 25% which worked out at approx. 16 euros per night or £15. 00 inclusive of electric and water etc.
