We booked to go to Tavy view last minute due to the Indian Summer. We have camped for may years and have been looking for a campsite close to home for great weekends away.
Tavy view is fantastic, what a view! It has good shower room facilities ideal for families as they have the toilet and shower in one room. We also had electric hook up.
To say the view from the tent is fantastic is an understatement, we watched the sun rise and set over the Tavy, it was like being in a movie.
The kids loved it as the was lots of open space to play in and trees to climb.
We will definitely be going again, the kids are already asking to go back.
The owners have done a good job and were interested in any feedback campers had, so they can improve the site. Great first weekend to you guys and we hope to see you again soon.
