No complaints from us, just got back this afternoon from a 2 week stay, a great campsite.

The quality of the facilities sticks out straight off. Always clean, super hot unrestricted showers, top quality fittings and decent quality loo paper.

It was really busy over half-term but never had a problem getting a shower.

Impressed with the young lady that cleans the top loos in the morning, very thorough.

Also there's a lady that walks around every evening checking all's well, very helpful with pointing us to the nearest water tap when we arrived, even went and got us a brochure, many thanks.

Generous pitches and well kept grass. Only used the vending machine once (last day for a breakfast pasty as all packed to go and nothing to eat), but impressed with the price and quality, not a rip-off as you perhaps would expect.

Very impressed, definitely would stay here again.

Lovely site with good amenities. Showers, toilets & laundry room very clean & well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The dog exercise/ball game field was great although some people were irresponsible and didnít clear up after their dogs.

The location of the site was perfect for access to public footpaths which lead you on Beautiful walks.

Great friendly pub (Kings Arms) an easy walk away serving fantastic food.

What a great site, the owners were very helpful, and welcoming. The facilities are spotless and modern. There is good security on the site and someone on hand all the time.

The very handy vending machines are a good idea too, we used them a few times. We made a mess of the grass due to the amount of rain, we were towed on and off the pitch.

The owners were very relaxed about the mud and assured us it would come back fine. The site was quiet, although it is October and the weather was awful, so not full.

We enjoyed our stay and would probably head here again if back in the area.

Not too far from Weymouth, Chesil beach etc. A pub close by as well as a cafe and farm shop over the road.

Pitches were slightly off level, but no big problem with ramps etc.

A good mix of hardstanding and grass pitches, of various sizes, facilities and prices.

Very good main facilities with suitable alternative toilets and showers.

Extensive machines providing 24/7 provisions and drinks.

Pub and cafe nearby off site and near to both Weymouth and Abbotsbury for more extensive shops/ tourist sites.

We liked the security on site with the number recognition of your car.

It's well located. Loved the showers.

Love the lay out of the site.

Have stayed a this campsite several times over the last 10 years.

It was a fairly basic site but always clean and tidy and a great base with good prices.

Over the years bits have been altered and added to, the main alterations being the addition of Seasonal pitches around the perimeter of the central field which is for tents.

Close by are porta-cabin toilets/showers and dish-washing for the tents.

The problem now is the Caravan seasonal pitches are all using the porta-cabin facilities which cant cope.

The tent field is also very open and can be quite windy at times with no bushes or trees as wind-breaks.

While like everywhere, the prices have gone up but with no additional benefits.

I quite envisage the tent field in the future to also be converted to Seasonal

Shame really, tents slowly being pushed out.

Seriously this campsite is spotless so much care and attention given to provide a high standard,

Outside the campsite is bus stops going either way and long range X53, through Poole or Bridport and further.

Excellent public house across the road with delicious food plus a farm cafe again excellent food.

I canít rate it high enough. Well done 👏
