 A basic campsite on a slope near the shop.
There are 2 showers and 3 toilets, a water station. There is an almost constant wind overnight from the south west so best to get your tent protected (We broke a pole during a thunder storm which could have been worse if the pole hadn't held up through the night).
Due to the weight allowance (Everywhere says 20kg per person with a maximum of 15kg in any bag - except the booking office which states that tents are not included although it is not clear if this is in the 20kg allowance or just that a tent can weigh more than 15kg), we packed as light as possible and ate in the local pub every night - this does work out an expensive way to spend your time but information on what you can carry and what the excess charges are is very hard to come by. Luggage that you take on the boat (and carry up the steep path) with you is not counted in your 20kg
Lundy was great to explore - especially when there are no day-trippers. I'd recommend travelling out and back on a day other than a Satuday as this is changeover day and the boat for stayers arrives later and leaves earlier. When they say that your luggage will be collected at 9am - it is. Don't think you can get away with 9. 05!
