I found Woodleas a very nice place. Very quiet which is what I was looking for.
Sylvia and her husband were extremely flexible and relaxed.
They are warm and friendly.
The camp site was basic with a modern toilet and shower block, both very well kept.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really quiet break.

Excellent campsite. Immaculate toilet and shower facilities.
Appreciated the Wifi, fridge and freezer in the little 'club house'.
Also enjoyed the relaxed attitude re checking in and out - and lack of onerous restrictions.

Hidden diamond, just south of Ashford in countryside.
Has a communal room with TV, books and games to borrow. Toilets and showers look brand new and are immaculate.
Pitches are level and all on grass. Internet is acceptable and free.
Couldn't fault the customer service, not any of the facilities.
We found a couple of walks nearby, but did not use, but in the communal room there are QR code guides to walks which we will take a look at while at home.
All needs met, will revisit soon.

Used as a one night stopover on the way to the continent. No check in restrictions and your reservation is secured once you pay by bank transfer.
Spotless facilities with male and female separate toilets and 5 separate large shower rooms with plenty of hot water. Dish washing area to the end of the shower block.
Large grass pitches either with or without electric, we chose without and it came to £25 for the night.
10 mins from a large supermarket and only 20 to the LeShuttle terminal at Folkestone.
All with the bonus of adult only.
Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night with my dog for a child free escape in the half term bank holiday madness. What a lovely site.
Spotless facilities. Lovely grass pitches. No check in/check out restrictions. So although I was only there for one night, it all felt very unhurried, peaceful and relaxed.
I’m pretty local but I can see why this is a popular and convenient spot for a stopover on the way to/from the Channel Tunnel. It’s really close by.
I would definitely recommend this site and I’ll definitely be back for another visit!

We stayed one night as a stopover on the way to France using the Channel Tunnel, a 20 minute drive away. I guess this was how the site was set up, reinforced by the no arrival or departure time and ample pitches and space.
The new facilities block is definitely a high spot of this site. Spotlessly clean, well lit and plenty of hot water.
Very quiet.
Would recommend.

Absolute gem of a campsite. Big pitches spread out over a large field - 15-20 pitches in total.
Lovely shower and toilet block which was very clean at all times.
Sylvia was super helpful and friendly.
15 minute walk to the village pub across the field. Can easily walk to other pubs or do a circular walk near the reservoir behind the campsite.
Dogs are very welcome!
Site is next to the road but its not busy

We absolutely loved our time at Woodleas farm Campsite!
Sylvia and her family are the nicest, most welcoming owners you'll ever meet.
The site itself is a little gem—the toilets and showers were impeccably clean, and it never felt crowded, which was a huge plus.
It's one of the best camping experiences we've had, and we'll definitely be returning. "

This is a convenient site for Chunnel and ferry crossing via Folkestone or Dover. Just a short 15 to 20 minutes drive and while we were there this was the how this site was obviously viewed, reinforced by the no arrival or departure time and ample pitches and space.
The new facilities block is definitely the jewel in the crown of this site. Spotlessly clean and checked regularly. The owners were also charming and very ready with suggestions of places to visit.
I think it’s a shame that more people don’t stop for a bit longer as the site has easy access to Romney Marsh, Dungeness, Canterbury, Folkestone and the wonderful white cliffs. There is Sissington castle and Gardens and national cycle route 2 accessing quiet country roads and traffic free riding.
I would suggest that whatever your rig you make every effort to approach the site via A20 as this offered the shortest time on the narrow country roads. Stick to M and A roads whenever possible, while visiting Kent, as towing on unmarked roads is certainly difficult as they are narrow and full of damaged curbs and potholes.
