Had the perfect camping experience here. Work still in progress but Frances and Rob were fantastic and very friendly. Kids loved it as well as they could go anywhere as it was all safe. About 5 mile to Skegness, 8 mile to Mablethorpe. Chapel St Leonard's was just down the road along with Fantasy Island and Ingoldmells. Will definitely be back.

This was a late booking for the Bank holiday. Rob was very accommodating. It was Rob's first week of taking over Common Farm. It is a work in progress. Various updates being made. We still managed to have an enjoyable visit here. It's a very intimate site and my girlfriend and I found the location perfect. The beaches and attractions not too far, 5 -10 minute drive. But also it felt like being in the country. Dog friendly and it is a secure site. No worries of losing dogs or children!
The main attraction of this site was the friendly nature of Rob and his partner Frankie. Made our experience carefree and relaxing.
Will be coming back next year
