 Strange one to review for us.
The site as a whole is mainly given up to chalets and glamping pods with around 15 tarred fully serviced Motorhome/caravan pitches.
However the site is a shared facility with a community feel, 4g sports pitch which was utilised by a couple of teams while we were there, the toilet and shower facilities are shared and they are designed in a way for a sports centre not camping. There are also accessed from the opposite side from the camping pitches, you have to walk around the font of the building in full view of the sports pitches and pancake cafe, this may be off putting for some.
Shower cubicles have no seats or anywhere to place toiletries, they only had a couple of hooks for clothing although they were clean throughout our stay.
Welcome was good with quick overview of the site given, pitch chosen and off we went.
WiFi was provided but very poor connectivity even close to the building.
The road by some of the pitches is also the road used by some of the glamping pods and some drivers have no idea of speed control and there are no traffic calming measures in place.
On one day a young person driving a beach buggy type vehicle was bombing around a few times in the morning and evening, not a good look for the site.
On site as mentioned is a pancake cafe, a further cafe at the main entrance along with a take away establishment, laundromat and barbers which are for use of the towns people as well as the site users.
Locally there are good amenities with a couple of pubs, shop and a couple of restaurants, shout out to Braai restaurant, gorgeous grub along with Roses restaurant, good food as well.
Doe castle is nearby as well as the wild Atlantic way.
Overall we felt the site was not secure and my partner did not like to walk to the facilities after dark on their own. For us this is more of a one night stop kind of place rather than anything else.

Site appears to have been extended as approx a further 10-12 pitches added on the side of the road nearer the road. As previous reviewer stated all very new looking - even 4 years on.
There is now a pancake and coffee shop next to reception. The showers were clean with plenty of hot water, a bit like a leisure centre set up which is probably due to the sport pitches on site. (push buttons though). Wifi worked well across the site.
There is a large children's play area on site and a pitch and putt plus a fenced football pitch.
Every pitch has electric, water and waste. Whilst the previous review mentions caravans it does show in the price only motorhomes? worth checking as the pitches as very much geared towards a motorhome on a hardstanding with a kerb onto the grass area.
Reception wasn't open as out of main season but a note to call owner if needed. We pitched up and someone came down in the evening to take our money. Price on board was €25 but they offered a discount and charged €22. 50 - nice touch. That included electric, wifi and showers.

We stayed at this fantastic site last August, there where 3 touring caravans in our group. (6 adults 8 children) the site is almost new I think it is open a couple of years now, they have a great play park acomadateing all ages they also have a 4g football pitch. There is a on site coffee shop where there is free wifi and different games. They also have little geo domes for rent which look very nice, and the whole site is surrounded by a nine hole golf course. All touring pitches are all fully serviced which is great, there is a pizza shop on site also and some great bars and pubs all a short stroll from the site.
We went to a few lovely beaches a short drive away.
Great owners that take on board any suggestions that people might have. Spotless toilet blocks and shower blocks, the whole site was spotless and very relaxing with about 15 pitches.
This is a great site to stay at and we will definitely be back.
