 There's an attractive unregulated area for tents between the trees and the river and the more ordered pitches are well separated by trees and shrubs, but the feel of the place is quite down-market, an impression reinforced by the railway line that runs close by and the adequate but cramped amenities.
However if you you plan to arrive lateish and leave early as a pitstop for a concerted bash south, then the place has much to recommend it - most notably its cheapness - 12 euros for five people!
