We found this campsite on our way to Mayenne. We stayed for two nights. Although it had been raining the pitches were manageable but a bit soft. It was quiet because of the time of year but there is a huge children's play area and ping pong. The facilities are shared which might not suit all but facilities were clean and tidy, plenty of hot water and warm washrooms/toilets. The receptionists spoke some English and were very helpful. The campsite is fenced and has a security gate and you get a key to the main gate as well as the towpath along the Mayenne river, which you can walk along into the town. There are chalets for rent, and cycle hire. There is also a Fish Gutting room for the serious fisherman!
