We needed a stopover site not too far from the E30 driving towards Germany, this one was perfect.

Just 3 km off the motorway and easy to find. The site is set on the village recreation grounds where there are tennis courts and a football pitch as well as a meeting room and a large outdoor firepit area.

The pitches were grass, decent size and each one surround by hedging for privacy, all with ehu. Water taps were dotted around the site as were plenty of bins.

The toilets / showers were very old but possibly the cleanest and best kept we have come across. The lady in reception spoke no English but booked us in within minutes and showed us around.

We only stayed one night so couldn't comment on the area would say though the site was beautifully kept and we would not hesitate to use it again either for a stopover or longer to explore the area if we were nearby. At £8 with ehu it was a bargain.
