 Lovely views, plots are well spaced out, all grass with tarmac/gravel drive, basic facilities, friendly welcome with local details.
Definitely coming again.
Some road noise but not excessive.
Very good value.

Superb little site, looks small when you pull on but actually quite adequate space for all.
It is sloped so was a challenge to level of but ample bricks and wood on hand to help.
Owners very pleasant, chatty and informative.
The lane can be a bit fast but not too busy, nice walk into the nearby villages down footpaths, great veiws over the open fields.
All for £18 a night including electric👍

What lovely hosts!
Tony and Christine lovely people, most welcoming, very pleasant, and got a welcome cup of coffee with Indie and Jessie their dogs loving me to death !
If you're lucky and their hens are laying you might even get fab fresh eggs!
Beautiful view from caravan too.
Yes it slopes a but but hell, you cant have it all can you !
Has all you need except showers / toilets but apart from that a very pleasant place to be.
Would come back in a heartbeat.
Great prices for pitch too !

Very friendly owners who welcome you on arrival.
Small 5 van slightly sloping pitch area with fantastic views over the southwest countryside.
Close to shops, pubs and Broom House Farm.
Very relaxing 7 night stay and will return soon.
Park and ride into Durham a short drive away.
