 Stopped here again on the way south.
The weather this time was much better than last year and we had a lovely long walk down to the Baragem with our dog.
Spectacular site and would expect it to be very busy in the summer months.
As said in last review the facilities are spotless and it is so quiet and peaceful.
Looking forward to returning in December 24.

We stopped at this site on the way from Cacares on the way to the Algarve. Friendly and helpful warden.
Pitches are not defined so you pitch near to an electricity box and then tell reception and they come and switch on. We managed to park right by the lakeside which was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed for longer.
There are three toilet blocks but only two were open as it was winter. They were spotless and the showers were very good with plenty of hot water.
Good walks around this very large campsite, and we managed to get lost after walking to the wrong shower block in the dark of night!
Would definitely recommend this site and hope to re visit sometime in the future.
Very good value at 21 euros per night.
