We spent three weeks at this amazing venue… we were a group of 80ish friends with children ranging from 2-16 years old… we had private hire of the wild camping site for a week and then a small group of us stayed for another week and then I stayed with my family for a third week.
My elderly parents also stayed at the glamping site over my birthday weekend and they had a wonderful experience.
The wild camping site has glorious views of the surrounding countryside which is beautifully maintained by this hard working farming family. Ella maintained and cleaned the facilities really well whilst also giving us space and privacy. Such a lovely family and clearly work very hard on their busy farm.
The facilities are exactly as described and are a welcome break from over priced and over populated commercial sites. The solo hire we had meant we could cook and eat together without worrying about upsetting other campers.
We were able to enjoy a silent disco and games in peace and with the most beautiful surroundings. The site is perfectly placed for local amenities and beaches. The nearby village pub is lovely and friendly. And walking distance across the fields.
Very reasonably priced and well maintained field with views over rolling hills with huge skies for star gazing.
We didn’t want to leave.
Thank you to Ella and her family for welcoming our families and giving us the best holiday. via mobile
Perfect location to camp, very close to the beautiful beach at Woolacombe where my 3 young children spent a whole day at.
The facilities on site were looked after well, hand sanitiser and toilet roll re stocked.
The camp site is tidy with no rubbish left behind, bins on site which other people used and respected too.
The field was more than big enough for my boys to play with their football and ball & bat.
Lovely little firewood pizza & taco restaurant minutes from campsite.
Overall very pleased with our stay. via mobile
