Excellent site. Helen is very friendly and helpful.

Pub and cafe in the village a shortish walk away.

Pitches slightly sloping but views are wonderful

There is nothing here to dislike! Helen is warm, friendly and helpful, the site is small but we were well enough spaced for privacy.

The facilities were constantly spotless and attention to cleanliness was excellent. Necessary in these 'Covid times'

Positioned perfectly for visits to Lincoln, walks in the Wolds, exploring nearby lovely little market towns, like Horncastle or Alford, visits to the coast and the Nature Reserves.

Gibraltar Point was a wonderful day out. Or just relaxing on-site soaking up views and sunsets. A lovely walk from the site to the Snape Dales nature reserve on our first evening delighted us with amazing birdsong, lots of ash trees and a fox on the pathway! Also a good dark sky area for stargazing at night.

The only drawbacks were 1)no chemical toilet disposal point and 2) no WiFi. Neither was a problem for us but could be for some if not aware.

I love this site❤️, in the last year we've visited 3 times. Helen is very helpful and conscientious.

The toilet/washing facilities are immaculate.

Very well situated for Lincoln, the coast and the world's. Lots of footpaths and bridleways nearby.

On the farm there are sheep, ponies and cattle.

Once again we had a lovely time at furze hill, the views are great, easy to get to just of the main A road, quite a challenge should you decide to come from the south side of the village, which I presume a previous reviewer did, but great host Helen, always happy to see you and help and to talk to on the phone.

East kirkby is only 15min drive away, skegness 30mins drive away, which I think has been revived a little, but I think Furze hill is for us a great place to be for what we need to explore the area and only being a couple of hours from home, and looking forward to returning, thanks Helen.

What a lovely campsite. Seemed to be split into two - one part for caravans/motorhomes and a post and rail fence dividing the second half for tents.

We have a large tent and electric hookup and in the corner this was perfect. Flat and regularly cut grass. Helen works like a trooper to keep the site clean and tidy.

There is slight traffic noise from the A158, but depends on how the wind is blowing. The view across the rolling fields is stunning.

Facilities were spotless, kitchen wash up area, two separate shower rooms with loos (30 second push button shower). Lovely tidy waste area. Dog's allowed. All in all a lovely site. Would definitely return.

What a lovely place to stay, so peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views. Great location for walking in the countryside and visiting local villages on foot.

There's a regular bus from the village too if you want to explore further. The site is very neatly kept, with a few hardstands if you prefer.

There are two shower rooms with loo and basin in each, and a little wash up room. Helen keeps everything spotless and tidy, she really cares about the site.

I agree with a previous comment that you feel you are a guest, not just a camper.

I only wish it was closer to home so that I could be a regular visitor!

What a beautiful place to stay, the most perfect views from the caravan windows of the Lincolnshire wolds, outstanding walks from the site, Hagworthington is a very pretty village with two cafes, one public house and even a butchers shop, Helen the site owner sells free range eggs at the site entrance which are fantastic, far better than supermarkets.

The site showers are excellent, very clean with endless hot water, toilets and showers kept spotless, My wife Jane agrees out of all the sites we have stopped on, this one on many levels beats them all.

Well done Helen and thank you for allowing us to come and visit, hope to return many times in the future.

Obviously very highly recommended and outstanding value for your hard earned money

This site is wonderful - a hidden gem in a fabulous part of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Stayed for 6 nights and wanted to stay longer. Helen is such a lovely lady and her attention to detail is spot on. Can't wait to return.

Excellent local walks - and handy for a trip to the coast too, if you fancy a short drive. Toilet and showers immaculate and cleaned regularly.

Kitchen and information area well equipped, as well as waste disposal etc. Location and views to die for, rolling fields everywhere (no - Lincolnshire is NOT all flat).

Brilliant location for dog walking too. Nice local eateries and the beautiful towns of Horncastle and Woodhall Spa not far away.

I just can't wait to return.

What a lovely site. Helen is not just the owner of the campsite, she is a host. Upon arrival you are treated as guests, nothing is too much bother and she is incredibly down to earth. Helen has a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and really goes out of her way to offer suggestions of good places to visit.

The site is on a slant, and doesn't offer any hard standing, but has a stunning view, horses (which our children loved feeding) are in the next field. The site has 2 toilet rooms which both offer lovely hot showers for guests. The facilities are well looked after and cleaned regularly. The site also offers a small washing up area, with local information and brochures.

All pitches appear to have EHU, and a drinking water tap is available at the side of the field.

Very accommodating for families with dogs and benefits from beautiful walks locally.

We visited here for new year 2018 and feel that the price of 16 per unit per night with no extras to pay offers good value. The campsite is open all year.

Skegness is approximately a 20 minute drive.

We look forward to returning to the site and wish Helen all the success in the future.

We will be nominating the site for the 'best campsite award' on the camping and caravanning club website.

Just returned from a relaxing 4 night stay at Furze Hill Farm, we booked to stay here because of its proximity to Lincs Aviation at East Kirkby as the Annual Airshow was taking place and is only a 10 minute drive from the Caravan CL.

Helen is really welcoming and was very helpful, the site has easy access 200 yards off the main the A158. There is a Toilet and Shower Block with an area for washing pots, they are kept very clean.

The location of the CL is ideal for exploring the area as near by is Horncastle & Spilsby only a few minutes away if you need the shops. Skegness is only 13 miles away.

RAF Coningsby is only 20 minutes away too ideal for watching the Typhoons and the BBMF (Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight).

If you are into Walking there are many routes and Helen can help with their whereabouts and Snipe Dales a local Nature Reserve is only 5 minutes away.

There is also a couple of Wildlife Parks nearby and we did visit Lincolnshire Wildlife Park to see the Tigers in their huge enclosure.

The CL is on a slight slope but there are plenty of blocks if needed, next to the Toilets, The site is really well looked after as you can tell Helen puts a lot of hard work in to keep it looking good.

We would highly recommend Furze Hill Farm CL and we will be returning, thank you for a great stay and look forward to seeing you soon.
