Lovely park with beautiful surroundings. Caravans a decent distance apart with electricity and drains for waste water at each pitch. Facilities were clean and good for women but not so for men. Their showers had poor water pressure and little privacy. Toilet block and showers beside main cafe, but this did not cause us a problem. Cafe was excellent and staff lovely. Free use of washing machine and tumble drier a bonus. Depending on where you pitch, the site can be very noisy with children. We went into the forest as far away from the tent area where children seemed to play and like any site the level of noise totally depends on other guests. This place has so much going for it and with a bit of tweaking could be excellent. Would recommend for the fantastic surroundings and if you don't mind children running around it is great.

Spent 3 nights at Curraghchase. Really loved this site. Large pitches where you can pitch as you please. Shower / toilets near to café but that didn't bother us. The walks around the house and grounds / lake were lovely. Scenery fantastic. Was absolutely brilliant for the dog with plenty of forest walks etc. Couldn't fault owner Warren and if anyone deserves praise it's him. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again. Good location for touring around.
