 Really lovely site, loved the river and dog walks, easy walk to the pub. Spacious pitches.
Great for exploring the area. We are returning in a couple of weeks.

Just back from a lovely, relaxing 3 nights at Poplar Farm CL. Fiona and her partner were very welcoming and had no problems with us staying an extra night due to strong winds.
Field is large and grass cut short making manoeuvres easy. A small river runs adjacent to the site with high trees alongside. There’s also a private garden with beautiful flowers to look at from your unit. TV Signal and 4G were spot on.
In the village is a lovely pub (been before) but it’s not due to re-open until end of July. Nearby to the west there’s Ostler’s Plantation and a nature reserve next to it.
To the south of the village are some lakes with a bird hide for those interested.
We will be back!

The site has recently been taken over by new owners Fiona and Bryan, who were very friendly and helpful.
This is a very peaceful, adult only site with EHU and water convenient to all pitches.
The grass was a bit weedy, but there are improvements planned. The site is great for riverside walks, including to Kirkby on Bain village, which has a great pub (booking recommended for meals).
Woodhall Spa is well worth a visit for a range of independent shops, as is Horncastle for antique shops.

This is a very nice open site with lots of room for each caravan.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. The site is in a perfect position in the village and is a 5 min walk to one of the best pubs in the area for food and drink. I highly recommend it
