Size of the pitch, but not optimally usable due to pipes in the middle of the plot
Disliked:
- Empty pipes came up in the middle of the stand. Maybe someday (?) to build something. Looked like it had been there for quite some time.
- to use the power you needed a cable of about 50 m, very few power points
- plumbing very outdated, it seemed that the toilets were not connected to the sewer, taps were missing on sinks, shower broken down so not usable, not clean. Did hang a completed cleaning list, but the spiders crawled through the sinks and the cobwebs hung almost to your head.
Stood one night, on the way home, but would certainly not recommend this to anyone.
It is a camping municipal (municipal camping) so basic. That is normally not a problem at all, but at this campsite it clearly is and certainly not worth the money for the overnight stay. Photos on the site are certainly not realistic

Grootte van de standplaats, maar niet optimaal te gebruiken door leidingen in het midden van het perceel
Disliked:
- in het midden van de de standplaats kwamen loze leidingen omhoog. Om ooit (?) nog eens iets aan te leggen misschien. Zag eruit of het al zeer geruime tijd er zo bij lag.
- om van de stroom gebruik te kunnen maken had je een kabel van ca 50 m nodig, zeer weinig stroompunten
- sanitair zeer sterk verouderd, leek wel of de toiletten niet op het riool waren aangesloten, miste kranen op wastafels, douche afgebroken dus niet bruikbaar, niet schoon. Hing wel een ingevulde schoonmaaklijst, maar de spinnen kropen door de wasbakken en de spinnenwebben hingen bijna tot aan je hoofd.
Één nacht gestaan, op doorreis naar huis, maar zou dit zeker niemand aanraden.
Het is een camping municipal (gemeentelijke camping) dus basic. Dat is normaalgesproken geen enkel probleem, maar op deze camping duidelijk wel en zeer zeker het geld van de overnachting niet waard. Foto's op de site zijn zeker niet realistisch
Peronne is a nice small town containing the excellent WW1 museum.
This makes a good base for touring the numerous Somme battle sites.
