 Our second stay here. As before…couldn’t fault the place.
Pauline and George are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome again.
This will always be our go to place.
Lovely and quiet, clean and tidy.
The people who keep their vans on this site, are very friendly.
Can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely site, well placed to visit Scarborough and York.
Facilities very good and used them during our stay due problems with our water pump.
Have stayed here before and will stay again. Always had good weather while staying here.
Highly recommend this site.
Felt very welcome on arrival and on leaving warm good bye.

Quick stop over as we moved on but what a great little site with a fantastic welcome from Pauline.
In fact even before we arrived we received clear instructions to help with our arrival.
Security, first class with secure gates. We were a little apprehensive at first because of having to pass through storage facilities, but our pitch was spacious and reasonably flat.
Road noise from the busy 1039 but did lesson as the day went on. Facilities, spotless and well kept.
A return visit will be on the cards

So peaceful. Pauline and her husband were so welcoming. Lovely and clean site. Regulars there were friendly too. Cannot fault the place.
We will 100% be regular visitors and we will confidently recommend this site to anyone needing a holiday break.
I think we have found a new favourite.

We received a very friendly welcome from the owners.
The site was very quiet and peaceful.
The facilities were very clean and the location was great for the coast.

This site is a little gem.
We were warmly received and easily got set up.
There are beautiful views surrounding the site and plenty of wildlife like rabbits and swallows. The peacocks kept us amused, even though we could only hear them and our daughter loved watching the horses gallop back up to the stables on an evening.
There is one shower and two toilets which was ample for the number of people on site and all the usual facilities- chemical disposal, water etc were at hand.
We were well placed for visiting lots of local places such as Bempton, Flamborough Head, Scarborough and Filey and also had a lovely day in York which is about a 40 minute drive away.
The site is family friendly, depending on what your children like to do. There is no playground and ball games are not allowed because it is only a small site. Our children are happy to entertain themselves so this was not a problem. Also there is so much to do in the area and they had a good run around on the beaches.
It's a also a good place to take your dog, although there isn't really much space to walk a dog on-site, the surrounding areas are dog friendly with plenty of cafes, beach areas and attractions where four-legged family members are welcome.
All in all a lovely site and we have already booked again!

Nicely kept site, lovely owners very welcoming.
Perfect spot to relax for a couple of days.
15 minutes from Scarborough and Filey.
Easy to find.
Toilets and shower adequate for our stay.
