This is a small site situated about 3 kms from the centre of a pleasant mid sized town. The site can be found on an island with the river Isar running just outside the perimeter. There is a rowing club right next door. The site does have a few seasonal pitches but attracts a lot of short term stayers as it is convenient from the A92. Facilities are very good although the site does lack a washing machine and/or dryer. Pitches are in small groups and there is sufficient space for all, even long outfits will be able to park lengthways. There is a riverside path just outside the perimeter that can be used for dog walking and this will lead all the way into the town. Can easily be cycled. There is also the advantage of supermarkets within 800 metres of the site and Motorhomes can walk there easily.
