We booked this site at short notice and were so glad we did. 7 Valleys is tucked away in a very peaceful location in rural Northern France, within easy (1. 5 hours) striking distance of the channel ports. Flers is a very small quiet village, zero noise at night excepting owls, if you listen hard you may hear the wind turbine sails turning. Minimal light pollution so excellent views of the night sky, a really peaceful quiet spot. Not too far away from places to go, 40 mins or so to the WW1 sites around the Somme battlefields, city of Amiens and Arras. We didn't head for the coast on our stay so unsure of distance there, supermarket is 10-15 mins drive away.
The site itself is small, c10 pitches which adds to the peace, touring unit wise it's tents only with various sizes of grass pitches with electric hook ups; there are also two sited yurts and a bell tent. It's mostly wooded opening out o to a field further down. The ablutions block has two showers and toilets which doesn't sound a lot, but it was always spotless and we never had to queue. There's a washing up lean to outside, a wifi hotspot (only works close to the block) communal fridge-freezer and basic cooking facilities, (hob, worktop oven/grill and microwave) plus a big rotary washing line. They also have some outdoor sofas and table in the garden. Towards the far end of the site is the pool and kids play area, pool is above ground with over steps so wouldn't be ideal for very small kids. Couple of swings and garden games, boules, skittles etc are available to borrow. Sun loungers and garden chairs also.
The site owners are lovely, around to help if needed but not intrusive, showed us round on arrival and offered us a choice of pitches. If you have a particularly big tent it'd be worth a phone call to confirm size and availability.
Great site to get away from it all in peace and quiet, good location.
