 This was our second visit to The Willows. The site is a really nice small site with good toilets and showers and with lots to do in the wider area.
This year was not as enjoyable as last year but the site cannot be held responsible for the farmer who owns the surrounding fields choosing this week to spread muck on his fields. The smell was unbearable at times so we spent most of the day out and about.
Thankfully there are loads of places to visit so we still had a good time but we were not able to sit outside the caravan which was a shame as the weather was really nice for most of our stay.
Hopefully next time will be better as we really like this little site.

Lovely quiet site just 5 minutes drive from Nantwich.
Picturesque site with well laid out pitches.
Gill and Anthony very pleasant.
Toilets and Showers were very clean and the showers were powerful compared to other sites I've been on.
The shower arrangement is simple to understand.
There are five tags outside the door, you take the one you want and everybody else knows that bathroom is occupied.
If there are no tags all bathrooms are occupied.
Everyone gets a key to the showers/ sink room combined with a card for the exit barrier.
There is a room for washing up which has a washing machine and tumble dryer, there is only one sink.
But most caravans HAVE sinks, so no big deal.
That room also has a selection of books and dvds to borrow, I left a few dvds that I'd watched.
It is cash or bank transfer.
There is a recycling policy and a one way system.
Hope to return one day.

We have just spent a lovely 4 nights at The Willows. This was a last minute booking so we were really pleased to get a pitch. When we arrived we found it was a fully serviced pitch with water, waste and electric which we weren’t expecting.
The site has a main area with a range of different pitch types. There are pitches with concrete hardstandings for the caravan and a stoney area for the awning, pitches with a stoney area for the caravan and a grass area for the awning and some fully grass pitches. There is also a 5 van CL in a separate area.
The toilet block has 5 separate shower rooms with shower, toilet and wash hand basin which were great. The site is very secure with a card access barrier to get in and out and then a separate metal gate that is closed overnight. The site is easy to get to and there are lots of things to do in the area.
There were a few small things that let the site down a little bit but these were not significant and definitely wouldn’t stop us going back.
Firstly, although the shower rooms are generally kept clean, there is a lot of black mould around the showers which isn’t a good look. Also, the drain in a couple of the showers I used was gunked up with hair and needed a good dose of drain unblocker.
The leaflet you get when you arrive says not to drive on the grass but the pitches are not very wide. We could barely squeeze the caravan and car on the hardstanding and our car was very close to the caravan door. If we had wanted to put up an awning, I don’t know where we would have put the car.
However, despite these small issues we had a lovely time and will definitely visit the site again.

Arrived at the willows site to be greeted by gill who showed us to a lovely service pitch.
The site was so clean an tranquil.
Lovely private bathrooms.
A 40 min walk into Nantwich with an abundance of fantastic restaurants.
A great site with great staff,
Would have loved to stay a few more nights.

Staff very helpful and friendly (gill thank you )
Excellent location for visiting nantwich,

Didn't need to pay in advance like some sites and didn't even need to pay a deposit. Cash on arrival.
Easy access from the road and the site has a security barrier which is always good.
Jill and Anthony very friendly and helpful.
Well spaced out pitches some full service pitches. Roadways are tarmacked and pitches either all grass or grass and gravel or concrete. Plenty of trees and bushes around to which breaks the site up into smaller sections. Not one big open site.
The toilet, shower and washing facilities are combined together in one of five sets of facilities. Each cubicle is immaculate.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and a sink which can be used as a washing up facility. Tended to get used by the smaller campervan people.
An excellent site, ideally located to explore Cheshire and at £25 per night including an awning, electric, free shower facility and free WiFi it can not be beaten.
Will definitely be going back next year.

This site is in a lovely location, leafy and peaceful with a river nearby. It is exceptionally well presented and neat.
The reception was good Gill is very friendly and helpful but be aware you need to take cash to pay for your stay.
The facilities didn't appear to include a washing up sink, there was a sink in the laundry which we assumed was just for laundry.
The other facilities were of the shower room type ie self contained shower, washbasin and toilet. Many like this arrangement but these are unisex and there are only 4. There were no other toilets so when the showers are busy, the toilets aren't accessible and vice versa. For a site of about 25+ outfits that's serving at least 50 people.
Nantwich is a 30 min walk away and passes a little lake.
Lovely site overall.

A very clean and quiet site.
Good bathroom facilities which were very private being solid rooms with wc and shower together. Entry gained by key.
The town was only a 30 minute walk away.
A lovely lake nearby which would be great in the summer months for a picnic.

Booked in last minute as we had bought a new caravan and wanted to test it out.
We’ve stayed here before and we love it.
Pitches are large and well spaced, the site is well looked after, the toilets and showers are individual, clean, and modern.
Gill is really helpful and friendly.
Would recommend to anyone. A lovely quiet site.
