 Fantastic venue.
You need to cross a river to get to the site. I had no problem pushing my bike across but you can arrange a lift.
The site is small, just 4-6 pitches, the facilities limited but very nicely done - composting loo, hot shower, and an honesty shop. Each pitch has a fire pit and wood is available for purchase along with marshmallows.
But most impressive is the river side setting. Simply stunning. If you want a special place to spend a night or two this is a great escape.

A fantastic, well run, small site with four pitches next to the River Garry.
The site is on the grounds of a smallholding and is operated by the very nice, welcoming and accommodating owners.
The facilities comprise of separate male and female composting toilets, a shower cubicle and a shed from which you can purchase (honesty box) various items including firewood (each pitch has a fire pit), free range eggs, midge repellent etc.
All the facilities are immaculately kept.
You have to ford the river to gain access, but if you are on foot or do not have a suitable vehicle, the owners will transport you over the river as required.
A fantastic wee site that I would highly recommend, especially if you are after some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.
There isn't any wifi but there is a good, strong 4g signal but when you come to a place like this, why would you need either?
I have been twice now and will definitely be back again.
Highly recommended.
