 Just spent 5 nights here with my husband. What a lovely small site, that is beautifully kept and run by such lovely owners. There are grass and hardstanding pitches, we were on grass which was fine.
There is a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin and also a separate toilet which are very clean. Decent toilet roll and paper towels to dry your hands. Oh and an electric shower so no push buttons, always a plus.
Lovely and peaceful no kids and no dogs allowed.
We walked to the two pubs about 15 mins walk, the Old Mother Shiptons Inn which was lovely, the other over the bridge The Half Moon wasn't opened when we went so can't comment. Both serve food.
A further 15 minutes takes you to Knaresborough where the boats are lovely for a stroll, you can also walk up to the town.
We visited Harrogate and Ripon both nearby and worth a visit.
We will definitely return to this lovely site if we come back to this area.

Perfect little site, present walk to/from town, facilities kept clean and tidy will definitely return.
Quiet at night just the sound of nature.

Extremely well kept 5 van site with a choice of hard standing or grass pitches.
Toilet and shower was a bonus. Friendly greeting on arrival.
20 minutes walk into Knaresborough with trains to York, Harrogate and Leeds.
Our train journey to Harrogate was about 10 minutes. 10 % discount int the plant nursery.
Highly recommend and will be returning

CL adjoining a small nursery (with restricted opening times) - we got 10% off plants we bought. Sheltered small field with plenty of space to “distance”, with lovely owners.
Toilet and shower open, electric hook up. Adult only, no dogs, full re-cycling. Would happily return.
Location great, midway between Harrogate and Knaresborough.
