This is a working farm CP which has grass pitches and excellent views over the Welsh landscape.
Facilities include: 3 small toilet blocks (some newer than others), coffee hut and farm shop with nice selection of produce. Like most farm sites the elsan points are toilets in the field.
The elsan point near me didn't flush and didn't seem maintained at all.
Site has superb TV/radio and mobile reception (Vodafone/Smarty). There is a dog walk off one end of the site over the hill towards castle Rhuddlan. Rhyl and Prestatyn are very close for those beach days out.
All in all, a fairly good base, from which, to explore north Wales.

Abbey Farm Touring Caravan Park in Rhuddlan is an exceptional site. My partner and I recently stayed here for a three-night break in our motorhome, accompanied by our dog.
The pitch was spacious with 16-amp electric hook-up. We had plenty of room to park the motorhome, put out our awning, and still have space for our dog to chill out on her mat.
Being on a working farm meant we woke up to lovely views of grazing cows, sheep, and the Clwydian mountains in the distance.
The toilet and shower blocks were modern and spotlessly clean. Individual shower rooms were a nice touch. There’s also a handy communal wash-up area with a fridge/freezer for campers
We’d happily return and have already recommended it to friends. A proper little gem of a site

Stay here in may with my son and his two children.
Nice flat site.
10 min walk into the town and the castle also a river walk.
Back at the site toilets and showers are big, clean.
Large freezer and fridge in the wash up room, what more do you want.
Ps I am going with my wife this weekend, and I will taking the grand kids in the summer hols.
That is how mush I like it there
