Small site, but very impressive, neat and tidy. Not easy access, but do-able, motor mover is a must!
Just outside of Holt, 2 minutes in the car. Nearest pub was permanently closed, nothing else really within walking distance?
Accidentally put car wheels on to the grass, owner was not impressed, but all sorted amicably.
Lots of military aircraft around, quite noisy at times.
Budgens supermarket just near the roundabout into Holt, very nice and reasonably priced.
Tried the local Indian takeaway, nothing to get excited about! Pubs are expensive, generally, Ship in at Weybourne, good for food, was going to try 3 horseshoes in the next village, way too expensive.
Wow! Beautiful, immaculate CL, own sanitation required. Pitches are huge, very well spaced out,
Fully serviced and with individual aerials (if you need it, we didn't), all for £18/night.
Can hear some road noise when folks going to and from work, but nothing that bothers you. Holt is a lovely town, 1 mile away with everything you need.
At this time of the year, it's when you can see the seals with their newborn babies off Blakeney Point on a boat trip, well worth it.
We will definitely be back again.
