 This is a lovely open site, with shop and bar. Excellent for rallies with motorhomes or tents. There are toilets and showers.
Be mindful it is down a track with school so during school times it can be very busy with cars parked dropping and picking up children.
It is good access but the track is single lane

I have visited this campsite and few times this year already as it easy to get too, has things to entertain children I clouding a park, goats to feed and birds to look at, it did have a bouncy castle but wasn't there on last visit.
The staff are lovely the grounds are kept well along with washing facilities/toilets all kept to clean standard.
Shop and pub a walk away along the side of a canal walk if wanted. But food drinks little toys and alcohol can be purchased from on site shop.

The site has loads of potential to be great but is in need of tlc.
Set in a nice village and not to far from the A34 for overnight stops as we required.
No one at reception when we arrived, so we had to call. A text should have been sent ahead of arrival but wasn’t received.
There is a kitchen and bar in an old horse trailer, neither were open. A large aviary with a variety of birds and a goat pen is good for little ones.
Toilets/showers are basic but were clean, as with most parts of the site, a bit of renovation is needed

Likes
Relaxed site so we and the couple we were with could set up our tents together with no problem. Pitches were level and local walks and a pub minutes away. Friendly, helpful staff, tasty food and nice eating area was a great plus and the toilet roll never ran out!
Disliked
Nothing really. A couple of the water taps at the washing station nearest us weren't working - but that was a minor point.

The site was very spacious and staff were very friendly.
The birds of prey were a real hit with the children and adults, and the member of staff with the birds was very knowledgeable.
Close to a lovely village with a couple of pubs and the canal.
Only downside was that the grass was a little long - but certainly didn't ruin our stay!
