 Amazing campsite!

The campsite manager was very accommodating and offered us a solution because of the storm!

Great location to start the hike to Slieve League where the view is magnificent!

We highly recommend this place!

Camping incroyable! Le gérant du camping est très arrangeant et nous a proposé une solution car il y avait une tempête! Super emplacement pour démarrer la randonnée vers Slieve League où la vue est magnifique!

Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu!

Absolutely brilliant wee site, booking was extremely easy and Ciaran responded very quickly.

On arrival, even though it was throwing it down with rain we were met with gusto. Site rules and tour given immediately.

Toilets were immaculate every time we visited, separate male female toilets with another 4 individual shower rooms with toilet and sink with the shower.

Camper kitchen with a lean to, laundry room and dishwashing area. During our stay we were allowed to store the bikes in the lean to.

Pitches are a great size and the site is well looked after.

Locally there is much to do, the cliffs and pilgrim walk circular are the highlights, the latter has direct access from the site.

Cafe and visitor centre next door serving good food, shout out to the team at the Rusty Mackerel, best welcome from a pub ever, great food and live music. Lots more to do locally.

This site is a must if you’re planning a trip down the wild Atlantic way, you will not be disappointed.

 Very pleasant experience.

Will return for longer as I felt very welcomed.

Nothing was too difficult for the owner.

One could easily spend an entire weekend or longer because of the location.

The food in the wee restaurant and The Rusty Mackeral was lovely

Both myself and my hubby had a great 2 days in slieve liag campsite.

A great secure campsite with showers toilets and a kitchen pod which has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

5 minutes walk to a great pub.

Also a great walk up to slieve liag cliffs.

Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10.

Ciaran could not have made us more welcome.

The site was undergoing major redevelopment and facilities not fully ready. Never mind that.

Great high level pitch and a great place to stay if you wish to explore the amazing cliffs.

The Rusty Mackerel is a two minute walk away with great Guinness and good food.

We're going back in June when things will be even better!

Great location - close to fabulous local pub and Sliabh Liag cliffs.

Ciarán, who runs the site, is so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and welcoming.

The site is relatively new and still being developed. Pitches have electric hook-up, water, etc.

The local pub (The Rusty Mackerel) has a great atmosphere and excellent food - booking advised as popular and busy.

Boat trips available from the local harbour.

Visitors Centre next door has a small cafe and gift shop.

Peaceful, scenic surroundings - a good place to relax.
