We used this site as a 1 night stop over for our 8. 2m motorhome. The reception opened at 4pm and was staffed by a helpful American lady.

The road inside the site is edged with trees and we had to reverse back in order to get round a bend.

We were given pitch 16 which was large but very hard to manoeuvre into because of trees both opposite and either side of the pitch.

Electricity was very close by and grey waste, fresh water and elsan were near the entrance.

Toilet were very clean and modern. We paid €23pn using our ACSI membership. It closed for season 6th October.

We didn't visit the town (other than drive through it) as it was too far for us to walk but the castle on the hill looked very interesting.

We would stay here again in a smaller motorhome or if the pitches were more easily accessible with less trees.
