A good site, easy to find following the CAMC directions. One hardstanding and 4 grass where you can pitch whichever way round you like to get the best views, which are lovely, of the upper Severn valley.
The owner is lovely, price is the usual £20 per night, a bit much really. The village (not really a town), is close, the Co op is even closer.
Go up the Hafren (Severn) valley to the car park/picnic site where there are lovely walks, to the old lead mines and Clywedog reservoir dam, and try to find the osprey nesting place.
