A large campsite with both 'permanent' caravans and tourists. Campsite is on Lake Garda with small beach and swimming. Further down there is boat access. Site has a lovely swimming pool, swimming caps and trunks must be work (not swim shorts).
Good, well stocked shop. A relaxing site we were in a large field. Unfortunately, the last day of our 2 week stay was spoilt by a very large German group who apparently book the field for a week at Whitsun bank holiday every year.
We were subjected to questioning from the matriarch and other members of the party as to why were there, when we were leaving and comments in English saying that we shouldn't be there at all as it was there pitch.
Great site but don't go in the large field at Whitsun!
