My sister and I stayed here with our girls (age 9 & 11) and 2 small dogs. We paid £40 for all of us for 2 nights with electric. There are no toilet/shower facilities but we’re happy using the van anyway.
It’s a small, simple campsite on a working farm with a row of pitches, a mixture of grass and hard standing. In the field opposite was a herd of cows that were very inquisitive and followed our dog up and down the fence!
The farmer was very friendly and gave us some leaflets of things to do in the area as well as info about local pubs and walks etc. We met other members of his family too, including his daughter who took the girls to see the (900!) pigs!
There were geese and chickens too, which we enjoyed seeing together.
We stayed midweek and we were the only ones on the first night and another caravan arrived for the second night. The farmer told us he was fully booked over weekend. But we enjoyed having a bit more space for the girls to play. We didn’t wander very far, just walked the dogs down the lane. The girls played with their metal detector and the farmer saw them and let them in one of his fields to go on a treasure hunt!
We really enjoyed our lovely relaxing break and will definitely return! Although we didn’t venture out on this occasion, it’s in a great location- feels like the middle of nowhere but very close to Buxton and lots of beautiful villages.

Wonderful peaceful chilled small simple well maintained site.
5 hardstanding with hook up and a water tap next to each pitch no other facilities
But the views made up for not having them.
We had the pitch number sent to us on the morning of arrival so it was straight on and set up
Jack the owner is a lovely friendly man he came and gave us all the details of pubs walks etc, we had forgotten our levelers so he went and fetched us some wooden chocks to help us get the motorhome up onto a concrete slab to level us out
So if your looking for a nice quiet chilled break flagg farm is the place for you
We will be returning

Lovely peaceful site, situated on a working farm.
Good size pitches with electric.
Small site so not to busy but plenty of room for the kids to play at the side of the van.
Close to the trail for some lovely walks and cycling and 2 lovely pubs with in walking distance.
