 The site was well-kept and clean. The showers and toilet basins had plentiful hot water, and the freezer block and phone charging provision was very good. We didn’t at first realise that those facilities were not in the actual reception room, and when we arrived, just saw the sign ‘reception closed’ and thought we had no access. In fact, there’s a separate door for freezers and phone charging.
Washing-up facilities were very clean and well-organised too. The step up to the washing-up area might be a bit high for some people, but I’m sure that can be addressed. Going back to the toilet provision, each shower and toilet opens directly outside, so one morning when it had rained heavily in the night, the toilet floors were swamped as the doors had been left open. But they were quickly cleaned up. Also on the subject of doors, it was very difficult to tell when a cubicle was occupied by looking at the vacant/engaged indicator. It didn’t seem to change much. A lot of rattling and failed attempts to open doors ensued.
Access to the site was partly via a very rutted drive, but we managed. During the whole of our four days there we never had any contact with the owners of the site, which was a little strange and anonymous.
But overall, this is a very pleasant, small sight. I suspect it’s most suitable for families with children, as there are many animals around, and a farm park too.
Another plus is the nearby supermarket, which is within walking distance. Buses also seem to be plentiful, though we didn’t use any. It’s a charming village overall. And the church! Something else, with its super-tall steeple. It’s definitely worth a visit. The church historical centre is also full of fascinating detail about the history of the area.
As for beach access, this is a short drive away, with the usual hefty parking charges which make it more worthwhile to stay all day. Nearby Old Hunstanton was the beach we liked best, though Holme-next-the-sea with its nature reserve and café came a close second.

The cleanest site ever staff remarkable and cafe on site.
Working farm next door again with amazing things for all the family

Stayed here a few years ago and so happy to return.
Cannot fault this site. So spacious. Pitches around edge of 4 fields leaving loads of room in the middle of each for children to play.
Toilets are cleaned each morning and are nice and fresh. Same with the showers which are lovely. Most campers use the squidgy to clean up, which is always nice.
The ELSON point is rather a long walk to the 5 van site next door. My hubby struggles with walking so that might stop us returning. It would be nice to have one near the toilet block (plenty of room).
No bus stop near enough for him but that wasn’t a problem as we had family in Heacham so they gave us lifts.
Really nice site for families with young children.
The farm park next door is a lovely day out. When purchasing tickets, tell them you are on the campsite and they mark your ticket to return during your stay.

This site is absolutely lovely and clean owner was on site every morning and night cleaning the the toilet blocks and showers.
You can pitch where you like so plenty of space and if you're with a group it's pretty much a certainty that you can pitch next to each other.
Easy booking in and out.
We didn't get a chance to go around the farm this visit but have been around before. Try and book for lambing season.
Just be weary that if you plan on going to the beach for Hunstanton the council have put all day parking over £11 which is disgusting. To be honest the campsite is so peaceful unless the kids are desperate to go to the beach put your feet up and enjoy the peace and quiet of the site.
Will book again.
Price for booking was spot on in my opinion.
The only thing I could recommend is a proper playground for the kids in the far corner where the sand pit is.

I have put mature couple - but age is only a number - we’re early 50’s…
An absolute gem of a site. Fantastic facilities, perfectly presented, majestically maintained.
Pitch size perfection! We stayed as we were going to Heritage Live which was only a few minutes on our motorbike.
We popped in to Kings Lynn - great shopping.

What a gem of a site. Facilities were spotlessly clean and the water was hot in the shower and dishwashing area. There was only 1 other motorhome on site and a couple staying in one of the shepherd huts. So extremely peaceful stay for us.
The pitches are large and well marked out, we were on one of the 12 electric hook ups. Electric was included in the price as was the awning and a pound a night extra for our dog.
The Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lunch at the Parks Tea rooms that has a varied and locally sourced menu.
There are 3 interesting walks around the park that give outstanding views of the countryside. We spotted plently of wildlife and saw a herd of Red Deer in the park. St Marys Church in Snettisham was a short walk from the site and is well worth a visit. We went on Remembrance day and saw a lovely display of crocheted poppies adouring the main gate and archway to the church.
We will be booking a pitch here again as there were many other walks we could explore and the site was perfect for our needs.

I've stayed here 3 times this year. Each time has been lovely.
Spacious and quiet with good facilities, and easy for access to beaches.
The village is gorgeous too with pubs, shops etc.
Then there's the farm park with lovely cafe next door to the campsite

Lovely site, very quiet, even when it's at its maximum capacity there is still plenty of room, so you're not packed in like sardines,
When you arrive follow the track round behind the farm and into the site, the office is on the right hand side next to the hedge it's usually unmanned, ( manned twice a day for an hour) just tick your names off the list and set up,
There is a dog exercise field but this needs to be booked, there is a shop and café at the farm but we didn't use this,
Toilet and shower block all very clean and always loads of hot water, only criticism is the lack of hand drying towels in the toilets, most if not all were empty,
Walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants,
5 miles to the beach,
All pitches very flat,
Take a good torch as hardly and lights at night,
Fire pits can be hired for £20,
Have already booked for a long weekend,
Would recommend,
Lovely quiet site.

What a lovely little campsite! We were greeted with a warm welcome and facilities were basic but everything we needed. Good size and clean pitches and clean pitches and exactly as described. Toilet and washing up facilities were kept clean.
The little shop at reception, fridge freezer and power points were an added bonus for us as there were no electric hook up pitches available on our last minute booking!
We visited as went to concert at Sandringham estate. It was 10mins drive away also close to dual carriage way for easy access to other roads such as Hunstanton and Cromer beaches. The farm next door was also lovely and also do a great coffee & breakfast.
Highly recommend!

Quiet level site with excellent facilities.
There is a fridge-freezer and charging area by reception. Lots of space.
Adjacent cafe and short (offroad) walk to village which has pubs( Rose and Crown awesome!) Shops, pharmacy etc.
Really good area for walking and cycling. Wild Ken Hill, sea and Sandringham all close.
