This is a fantastic quiet location within walking distance of the historic burgh of Culross and at only £10 a night is an utter bargain.

Working dairy farm with cows in the fields behind the grass semi-circular pitching area.

This was our first time completely off-grid, using a suitcase solar panel to charge up the battery during the day. Worked well with enough spare power to watch tv each evening (sunny weather admittedly). Water and chemical waste points within easy reach.

Easy walk into Culross along the Fife Coastal path. There's a dead whale at the access point on the beach which has been left there to naturally rot down and return nutrients to the environment.

Culross itself was a delight - like stepping back into the 16th Century.

Highly recommend.
