Used as a stopover heading south through Europe. A quirky little place, a bit like stepping back in time 40 years.
The site is mainly a ramshackle collection of some very ancient static caravans with a section for small tents and a few plots for tourers with hook ups. We called ahead earlier in the day to book a pitch, as there's no online booking. Practice your best French beforehand!
The reception also serves as a little bar/restaurant that had a lovely atmosphere in the evening, busy with the residents of the caravans, and though we didn't eat there the food looked like good homemade fare.
The facilities (a couple of showers, toilets and washing up area in an out-building) were basic but functional and clean. The site was cheap. I wasn't expecting more.
The site is located in countryside/farmland on the top of a hill between a couple of villages and about 15 minutes drive from the pleasant city of Namur. via mobile
