Excellent Site with attentive service from Andrew & Connor.

Bloody Bridge would clearly benefit from a much more Customer Friendly Communication Process.

There is also confusion between the promotion of Millstone Camping Site & Bloody Bridge Camp Site as the same photographs are used. Yes, you only confirm on arrival at the Site that there has been a ‘rebrand & name change’ … and the only direct communication is via Text. It is some hours later that you may receive a Reply Text.

These communication issues should be addressed to assist Customers and enable a stronger Customer Relationship and Retention.
