 Stayed at this lovely site on an overnight stop whilst travelling to Norfolk.
Adam the owner gives you the secure gate code before you arrive to access the site.
All pitches are spacious and face the adjacent farm fields.
Electric usage is metered and paid for on departure.
Useful information hut with details of the local area.
Also beer wine soft drinks crisps snacks etc available from the information hut if you need them and payable by an honesty box.
The owner has also developed a small fishing pond on site.
Nice short riverside walk direct from the site which is great to walk the dog.
Loads of bird life in the area.
Would visit again if we are in the area.

What a lovely site our host Adam could not do enough.
Very clean facilities and location to Grantham excellent.
Within walking distance to Belton House main entrance or Lion gate.
Grantham house also worth a visit with nice cafe and adjacent to St Waltham’s church.
Loads of unusual historical buildings with wonderful architecture.

What a gem of a little CL site! Lovely owners, a newish venture for them.
Well laid out, serviced with water and electric, which is charged on usage.
Good facilities for 6 pitches. Lovely river walk on the farm for dogs and a fenced off little area for off lead play.
Very secure site with electric gate, to secure guests, owners and their neighbours. Information kiosk has lots of useful information. Walkable into Grantham, about 45 mins.
Two lovely parks, Queen Elizabeth and Windham along the river. By car, Belton House, Belvoir castle, Lincoln and Newark in easy reach. Very reasonably priced.
In my opinion, the site is more suited to adults, but there is a little play swing and picnic tables.

Lovely site. Entry through gate is pin number controlled so site is secure. Nice short river side walk within the site.
Clean toilets and shower. Motorhome drain point and fill up though there is water on each pitch. Metered electricity but to be honest we didn't spend much in the 3 days 2 nights we stayed.
Owner came for a chat to get us know about site amenities and answer any questions we had.
Short walk into Grantham (1 1/2 m) either down footpath on main road or via Queen Elizabeth Park riverside walk.
Small play park for the little ones.
Off lead dog area as well as walk.
Working farm but no noise from machinery whilst we were there. We will be back, highly recommended.

Pristine, lots of space, quiet. What's not to like! Facing a field, backed by trees. Loads of birdsong.
Very close to Grantham and lots of National Trust and other places of interest.
A little information hut with honesty box for cold drinks and plenty of info about the area.
Adam very friendly and helpful.

This is a very special CL. Easy to find, just a few miles from the A1. Take the junction to the north of the town, you don't want to tow through Grantham. Sat nav will take you there. It's a new site, so not shown on Google maps. You will see the church, the turn is just before it on the left. Adam the owner will give you the gate code beforehand.
So in you go, a lovely gravelled area, fully serviced pitches, 10 units of electricity included in the price of £20 pn. 28p per unit, we only paid £5.40 extra for 3 nights. South facing, a lovely outlook, the river Witham in the next field with a walk along it.
Adam is a busy man, he has a demolition business as well as running the site and trying to be a farmer. He is lovely to talk to. It's not much more than a mile to the town centre where there is an Asda. Belton House is in the opposite direction if that's your thing.
We thought that the site was great and would not hesitate to recommend it. There is also a big plastic tree house for children.
