 A good enough site, only about 4 miles from the M1, so would make a good stopover. Access is easy, but beware the potholes on the driveway from the road. It's easy to miss, as the sign "White House Farm Holiday Cottages" is set back from the road. It could do with a CL sign at the road too.
Once you are up the drive, turn right following the signs. The field is further away than I thought, what I thought were caravans at the side of the main house are not. It's grass, but well drained. The main problem was the wind. You are on the escarpment of the Northamptonshire Uplands, and it seems to blow incessantly. Good views over towards Rugby.
We only saw Angela the owner when we went to pay the £20 per night. She is a very friendly woman.
West Haddon is only about a mile away and has a well stocked village shop. All the usual shops can be found in Rugby, about 8 miles away, and there is a Co op in Crick, just off the motorway.
There is a wooden building on the way to the site which houses a table tennis table.
Site details can be found in plastic bags on the gate, including directions to the bins and CWD.
We would not stay again, not enough to see in the area to justify a weeks' stay.
