Pleasant small campsite only a few steps away from the lake, with swings and benches and great views.

The picturesque village is very close by and you're only 15 mins by bike from Lindau. Mostly grass pitches and tent pegs go in easily.

The area for small tents is along the edge of the campsite next to the footpath leading to the lake, so you do get some crunching gravel noise from people walking past but this obviously dies out towards nighttime.

The facilities are limited but clean and perfectly spacious and acceptable. There's no sink for hand washing clothes. There are several small, lockable (with a padlock or thin bike lock) boxes with plugs for charging devices.

There are a few bench tables dotted around for preparing food etc. Which are very welcome to tent campers.

The staff were friendly and relaxed but reception closes early: we arrived about 4:15 and shortly after we had finished they were starting to shut up shop.

Cards were accepted. No traffic noise. Cost 57 euros for 3 people, two tents and 3 bikes.
