We were struggling to find a campsite

And it was getting late. We were very surprised when the owner answered the phone after 8pm and offered a pitch if we could arrive by 9pm which we just managed. He was very helpful and we were very grateful.

The site was quiet and peaceful and facilities were good and clean, so we asked the next morning if we could stay 2 more nights before catching the ferry from Dieppe.

The owner was extremely helpful in facilitating this although he was fully booked.

We cannot fault the site which was reasonably priced and would definitely stay again.

We spent a week here in June in a touring van. The site is a mixture of touring and chalet accommodation. It has a rustic feel to it.

On arrival each camper is given a wrist band for the showers. The band needs to be touched in close proximity to the shower panel. The shower then operates with a push button. This was a total faff especially as it allowed only one shower per day. We understand the reasoning behind this but we are on holiday not in state sponsored sheltered accommodation. Would prefer to pay €3 extra per day to avoid this palava and faff.

The boulangerie in the village was shut for the duration of our stay. The nearest supermarket was a 15min drive away.

We will not be returning.
