Campsite on flat hard ground at the marina and overlooking the small beach.

The 29 roomy pitches are flat, 16 of which have EHU (additional cost) & water.

No grey water disposal.

Site only open between 1/6 & 15/9 as outside these times boats occupy the space.

Site can get quite busy; there’s no pre booking and one pays on a daily basis at the Harbour office which is open from 7am to 6pm.

The daily fees are very reasonable (circa £21) with showers (circa £1) and laundry/drying (circa £3).

Facilities while basic are kept very clean.

There are two excellent restaurants at the Marina less than 100m away.

Ystad which is a charming busy town was gem with the “old town” a 10 minute flat walk away. Https://www. Visitystad. Se/en

Large variety of shops including a well stocked Co-op and a liquor store.

While many use the site as an overnighter as we thoroughly enjoyed the town and area so having heard not very positive comments about Trelleborg and the campsite there we stayed for longer before heading to catch our overnight ferry to Travemunde.
