Stayed here to meet boating friends for a meal in the pub.

I tried booking online through the website and Facebook but never got a reply! Our friends went in person in the end to the pub and managed to book us a pitch.

The pub staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didnít, but be aware you have to pay for the showers.

Great site. food at pub very good.

Not far from Nantwich for shopping

Only dislike church bells ringing all night

But all in all a good site. £5 night one man tent, great value

Midweek break to meet friends in motorhome we hadnít seen for some time. Stayed on field so plenty of room to distancing. Bar staff etc very helpful and friendly. Bar Covid arrangements good.

Site Facilities not really up to Covid standards but werenít using so not a huge worry for us. Cleaning only appeared to be once a day. Piles of weekend rubbish in field still there on Wednesday.

Pleasant place to stay. Canal fishing but care required re pandemic otherwise ok. Value : quite reasonable.

Been before and in other circumstances Nantwich handy, local bus.

A good spot if you want a little break and donít want to mix ! Which was fine with us !

Have just come back. Staff & food lovely.

However in the evening on both Friday & Saturday night in the camp site music was being played rather loudly until 2 in the morning. Friday I asked the group if they could turn music down. Unfortunately they didn't, so I spoke to a staff member (just before 11pm) they said they would speak to them. Not sure if they did but music was still loud. I couldn't believe it when they played music loud the next night. The whole site must have heard it. Basically very little sleep

Food is fantastic and staff were very friendly.

It was a joy to stay there and all observed social distancing.

Will definitely be going back there.

Been 4 times in the past few years, ok its basic, but handy for what we wanted,

However since changing hands the pub has gone downhill, meals slammed on the table! grumpy staff who became even more so on having to unlock the barrier to leave the site

Will we return? probably, would we eat or use the pub? nope

Advise to bring a bottle of water with you for that first cuppa on arrival, wait for the water barrel and you will be well and truly parched! slow isn't the word, rain and a funnel could have filled it quicker

This is not the Cotton Arms I remember and I wondered if it had changed hands. No interest at all just pointed in the direction of the camping area and told to turn right but pitches are on the left.

No advice on where facilities were. I can understand why there were no other users.

Sad as I made the journey for this site from recollections a couple of years before when I spent a week there.
