Very nice site peaceful lovely walks. And lovely views, pubs in walking distance,

Toilet and shower very basic, husband used shower said it was good.

Very central to see the main things by car that we wanted to visit.

Had a great time, lovely location, brilliant views.

Richard the owner is lovely helpful man. This was our 4th visit.

Plenty of good walking, both flat or hills.

Great site with fantastic view of Curber Edge. Perfect site for walking enthusiasts as there are numerous routes close by.

For those who like a more leisurely amble, the site is perfectly located near several pubs, eateries and old village.

Facilities are basic but there are toilets, shower (20p) and plentiful hot and cold water.

If you are campervan, motorhome or caravan you will most likely need leveling blocks.

 Nice little basic site.

Need levels though.

Will be visiting again sometime in the future.

Nice walks in the area and some nice pubs. With nice food.

This is the second time we have stayed here - it is perfect for our trips to the Peak District.

Within walking distance of some fab pubs for tea and some beautiful walks and scenery.

Basic toilets and showers - all you need if you are keen walkers. Friendly owners,

We will be back.

Greeted by a friendly owner in a Beautiful location.

Only downside was the toilet and shower block that was a bit antiquated and needed a good clean and a new shower curtain.

Having said that, for £20 a night we would probably go back.

A nice site with adequate facilities, also a good setting with plenty of walks.

Easy to book and the owner responds normally the same day.

Never noticed it being noisy.

We found Stocking farm by accident whilst out walking and this is our 2nd stay

Owner was friendly and chatty and gave us a choice of where to pitch as it wasnít too busy.

Facilities are limited, donít expect 5*, 1 shower/2 toilets each for ladies/gents, but was adequate for our needs. Showers run on 20p.

Stunning views on gently sloping pitches.

Great access to walks in all directions.

A pub located within a few minutes walk.

We enjoyed our stay and will return.

First time here. Brilliant place. Great location.

The Owner couldn't be more helpful. Helped us park up and advised on where the sun rises/sets so we were in a good position. Showed us all the site amenities then mowed our pitch before we parked.

Yes it's basic but it's camping.

Will definitely be coming back again.
