We stayed a week on this little site. It was quite an experience, totally different from what we are used to when we are camping. But it was interesting. You can get a feel of how it is to live in a quiet little village. The place is near the pub in the village. There is just a parking place in between that is used by visitors of the pub and some people living in the street. Camping facilities are fairly good. There is a good shower (free). You won't have to walk far for a beer or a meal. Besides you can get a wireless connection to the internet.

A very friendly set up run by very kind hosts. The orchard we camped in was the smallest orchard I've ever seen but we fitted a big 9-man tent in fine. There was also enough parking and lights to see to put the tent up in the darkening evening. The beer flowed nicely and the locals are all very friendly as well. We were served with breakfast (both cooked and cereal), sandwiches to take to Silverstone Circuit with us for lunch and an evening meal. A bargain at £50 all in (£10 per night camping). Everything went on the tab and we paid when we left on plastic. We took two children under 3 who were welcomed as much as we were. If we are ever in the area again we will return for sure. Thank you Jane and Robbie, you made us feel very welcome.
