Pocket sized, friendly, very well maintained.
Staff smiley and friendly, not intrusive but making a great job of keeping the site clean, safe and welcoming.
The site is well placed: the bird song is quite deafening but you're in the village with pub and village shop.
It's relaxed walk to Marloes, Martens Haven or Dale.

Lovely campsite within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach. Lots of cycling opportunities. Peaceful.
Despite COVID the facilities are still open but with plenty supply of hand gel, social distancing and one way systems everything felt very safe.

Cute quiet site with level pitches and good facilities. Shower block with warm showers kept tidy, grounds nicely maintained. Free wifi in the bar area and staff service was friendly.
Trudy the warden was very nice. The Bar was nice, drinks fair price.
The site was close enough to Marloes and an easy walking distance from shops.
Site family and child friendly.

Lovely quiet campsite with level pitch. Good facilities, warm showers, use of freezer and inside washing up area.
The campsite wardens, Dave and Trudy were lovely and were so friendly and kind. They were always happy to help whilst respecting privacy which made the holiday all the more relaxing and enjoyable. So much so we decided to stay an extra night.
The site has a local pub and small shop and is close to several beautiful beaches, one being Marloes which is literally just down the road.
Would highly recommend to anyone whether is be a single camper or family.

We had originally intended to stay here for just 1 night, but the site looked so delightful, we decided to stay for 2. At £18 per pitch, including ehu, it was reasonably priced, compared with other campsites around Marloes. (One of the other local sites had quoted us £20 without ehu. )
The beautifully mown field was on a bit of a slope, so we needed to use our ramps for the motorhome, but apart from our friends (also in a motorhome) there was only 1 other tent unit in the field.
The toilets and showers were a bit dated, but perfectly adequate and kept clean. The water was lovely and hot.
Free wifi in the bar and near the house was a distinct bonus.
We did not use the bar or any of the other site facilities, so cannot comment on them.
The site is also very convenient for the coastal path, particularly with the local bus route to Dale which helped to extend our walking. We would definitely return.

Fist time back to Foxdale for 5/6 years. New owners are very friendly and nice relaxed atmosphere. Shame the breakfast hut is no longer used! Good facilities although would benefit from upgrade/ modernisation soon.
Only negatives would be the untidiness around the house itself, there is a storage area as you drive in that was more like a scrap yard and there were barrels of used cooking oil stacked up, really not very pleasant.
Also the car shelter area had STUFF piled up, these things let it down as to me its general housekeeping therefore costs nothing to tidy up.
We like to stay and visit the lobster pot, but until there is a change of landlord we will unfortunately not be returning, blame the pub landlord!
Also I emailed the site 3 times through their website with no reply, had to phone them up in the end.

Had two nights here and thought the price (£18 per night with EHU) was fair. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The grass was short and the facilities dated but functional.
Breakfasts were available at the B&B on site and a fish and chip van at the gate Friday and Saturday tea time. We didn't use either but the smells were very tempting!
The coastal path is approx. 1. 5miles from the site and Martins Haven for boat trips is about 2 miles away. There is a pub 5mins walk in the village and cafe.

A decent site. Flat single field, with trees for shelter. Grass cut beautifully when I visited and nothing to suggest that was an exception. It was and had been dry so no idea what it's like when wet but I guess not a major problem.
Toilet ans shower block are a bit dated but kept clean and stocked. The water was plenty hot enough. And several fridge/freezers. Washing machines think they were £3.
There's a fish/chip and burger van at weekends may be there during the week, and they do a breakfast if ordered the night before (£5). Didn't use them so no idea if good or bad.
Marloes is a nice village, the pub is 5 mins walk away (Lobster Pot), friendly enough, but a bit pricey, has wifi.
Coast path is close by and the village is well served by a bus service.

A nicely manicured camping ground but it was hard to find a level spot without hook-up. The toilet facilities are very dated. Not requiring a shower that evening I went at 10. 30pm to the only proper washbasin with a hot water tap.
This was in a private cubicle. Within seconds someone tried the door, followed a minute later by another person. This continued for the 10 minutes I was in there and I even heard someone cleaning their teeth in the shower cubicle next door.
The washbasin which was not at all clean was set into a surround and there was a jellyish gunge right round where they met. I also found two very small hand sinks in the three toilet cubicles outside but these were only tiny & only had cold water.
The washing-up place was very spidery, one almost the size of my hand in a ancient web in the corner. At £15 it was very overpriced.
There is also a cabin on-site where you can get milk etc but ask the price first or you will get a shock.
