 I would highly recommend this site, the top field was lovely and quiet. The shower and toilets were very clean and tidy.
We only stopped the one night on our way down to Cornwall. We were hoping to stay at the same place on our return journey. But we had a medical emergency and could not make the date with this site.
I would love to stay for longer when we revisit the area.

This is now our local' shall we go away' campsite. We have stayed here on various occasions since 2006. We like the peaceful stays we have had.
Owners are very helpful and make us feel welcome.
The whole site including toilet blocks is very clean.
Prices have remained reasonable with the times.
Taunton is just a short ride away with park and ride if you have a car. NOT FOR CAMPERVANS THOUGH.
It is a pity the local pub has closed down.
It is a family site and has a play area.
There are two fields for staying on.
There are some National trust places with in 45min drive.

Lovely quiet site, clean facilities, WiFi not fast but adequate, no issues with power.
Friendly staff.
We were nursing a poorly dog so did not go out much.
Local pub was boarded up but low priced petrol/ diesel garage nearby next to Somerset Motorhomes but did not visit as did not need anything.

Stayed on a hard standing pitch on the first field.
Pitch was level and plenty big enough for our 7m unit.
Nice quiet site with easy access from the m5.
Toilet block clean and very nice laundry room.
There is no drive over waste for grey water but water filling from tap near entrance was easy.
We would stay again.

This is our second stay at Ashe Farm. It is a lovely site surrounded by mature trees. For access it is close to the A258, but you can barely hear the traffic, at night it was really quiet For dog owners or walkers there are paths around the farm for a stroll.
Sarah the owner was very friendly and pleasant.
We visited Barrington Court, Watchet, Minehead and Burnham on Sea, amongst others.
It will be easiest to take cash for Payment.
Remember there is no WiFi.
The phone signal fluctuates, particularly in the morning.
If you have a larger waste water tank note there is a highish sill on the disposal point.

Over the years Ashe Farm has been and still is our favourite campsite.
If you want a quiet, convenient and very well maintained site, offering excellent value for money, with lovely owners, look no further than Ashe Farm for an overnight or lengthier stay.

Lovely setting sheltered by mature trees. Very relaxed site. Friendly staff, we were dealt with by owners son. Despite the extensive rain the first field was not a bit muddy, how do they that.
Facilities were really clean and tidy. Powerful, hot showers. Only minor complaint, there was a high lip to the waste water drain.
Taunton just down the road, a number of attractions and National Trust properties in easy drive.
If going wast and towing I would recommend heading towards Taunton and turning at the large roundabout on A358.
Note. Ignore any mention of Nags Head in older reviews, it has been closed for a while.

The top field and facilities building are 7/10 and 10/10 respectively.
The large unit free field is ideal for dog exercising.
Found the site ideal for a Cornwall bound holiday.
Stopped one night last year two this year possibly more next year.

Ideal site for me. Quiet, clean, hot showers, considerate owners. Other campers respectful of noise restrictions.
Neat system for entry and exit of the site.
Well marked out spots for caravans and camper vans. Some hard standing, plenty of mown grass, mostly flat.
Nothing for me to dislike here. Sarah went out of her way to help.
Lovely countryside around, plenty of places of interest, and not far from town for shopping.

Reasonably priced site for August which is why we stopped here for the week including bank hol weekend.
Site was busy but not full. Grass surface is excellent with no bare earth bits.
Hard standings are available as well but grass is our preference in the warm dry summer weather while we were there.
Showers & all other facilities are good & clean & there are water taps around the site. Access from M5 is good.
We carried on down to Devon & Cornwall afterwards & shall stop for a couple more nights on way back.
Cash payment preferred. The owner comes around about 9am to collect payment.

We love Ash Farm very much and had a great time. We found everything we need and meet friends in Monksilver and Yeovil.
The facilities are very good. Sorry to find out that the pub around the corner has gone.
The pub has been one if the reassons we pick Ash Farm. Now we had to drive hcar for a drink. We did not like that, so inform people on the website please!

Nice site with lovely scenery and fields surrounding it. Plenty of wildlife to be seen/heard and we enjoyed our brief stay here.
We did use it as a stop over but would return for longer.
The showers were clean and hot with a hairdryer provided.
Good access back on to the M5 but the couple next to us had been exploring the local area for a week so it would be good for either.
The contact from the site was ok all via email, we arrived on the later side at 8pm which was fine for them and we met the site person in the morning who was very friendly.
Overall a lovely stay.

Very friendly relaxed site.
Second time we’ve stayed here and both times they couldn’t have been more accommodating.
The site is very spacious, well laid out and spotlessly clean.

Couldnt wish for a nicer host. Sarah is very helpful a real bonus for us as we are new to the Campervan scene.
The site is spotless with clean toilets and excellent showers.
A small children’s play area which was ideal for our 3 year old granddaughter, and plenty of space to exercise our 2 dogs.
Great stay and we will look forward to coming back.

We have been here once before - not sure why I didn't leave a review at the time as we loved it then too!
The location is great - not too far from the M5 but far enough away from the road not to be disturbed by traffic noise.
The security barrier adds a level of ressurance that only those who are meant to be there are.
The facilities are modern and clean; showers perfect. Free facilities to plug in chargers etc, and a freezer to recharge any cool packs as well as a fully fitted laundry room although we didn't need to use it. Plenty of picnic benches too.
The pitches are very spacious - at the time of our visit (before the children's school holidays) we were in a field (I think it is probably the overflow field) on our own. So peaceful, yet still just a stone's throw from the toilets.
Sarah, the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this site.
