Stayed here for 4 nights over August Bank Holiday weekend. Owners were really friendly and so helpful, on duty 24/7 and accommodating regarding times you can have the caravan and when you need to be out by - lovely. Caravan was spotless and probably the best equipped we have ever hired (we have our own tourer and usually use that!). Site was quiet and peaceful and in a good location to get to places from. Only fair to warn that this site is really just a strip of land though, with 12 caravans on it and nothing else - it is about 30 feet wide and 250 feet long in total - used to be someone's back garden we think! There is a small (very well equipped) laundry room and there is the office where there are books and games to borrow and a small selection of provisions to buy (there is an honesty box for these). I would not recommend the site to anyone with a young family but for adults and those with much older children it made an excellent base. I would happily stay there again.
