 2nd time at this great little site.
The landlady was really friendly and showed me where to pitch my tent (anywhere to the right). There were plenty of spaces. Grass cut short.
It`s a great pub with some really nice ales.
The 2 side by side wet rooms/toilet/sink are super clean and always open. Water was hot and no charge for the showers.
Outside pot wash area was nice and clean. The drinking water tap is to the left of the sink. The area lights up when it`s dark.
Including the Green Man and Fat Bobs at The Blue Lias (which is about half hour away down the canal) there are 7 pubs ! All are dog friendly.
As previously mentioned Long Itchington is a really nice well kept village.
Pot wash sink could really do with hot water but that is a minor gripe to be honest.
Good value for money.
I will be back.

Really friendly staff who showed us around on arrival. Two clean wetrooms and a separate washing up area with power outlets nearby - very convenient.
You can pitch your tent anywhere on the right side of the site, plenty of space to choose from. The on-site pub serves some lovely beers too!
The village is has 7 pubs!. We only managed 5 but they were all friendly and most do food.
There is a Co-op just a few minutes walk away which we found really useful and reasonably priced.
Clean facilities, helpful staff, and good amenities for a small site

Nice friendly welcome from the owner who showed me the facilities.
This is a great little site behind The Green Man pub. Two exceptionally clean, side by side, toilets/shower wet rooms which are open 24/7. Showers are free. Water was always hot when I had to wash.
Pot wash sink outside the toilet block was cold water only.
The field was really well maintained and was pretty flat. I was pitched next to the table/bench so I used that to cook on.
6 pubs within about a 20 minute walking distance. The Green Man had excellent beer and had decent prices. My personal faves were The Two Boats Inn and the Cuttle Inn which were either side of the canal. Some nice walks around here.
Long Itchington is a lovely well kept village and is very peaceful. If you want things a bit busier Southam is only 2 miles away so only half hour or so walk away. More shops, cafes and 4 pubs. There is a bus from Southam which stops right next to the Green Man.
£15 per night for me in a solo tent and an extra fiver per stay for the dog so £35 in total which I thought was reasonable. I will be coming back to this site as thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful stay.

What can I say…. Excellent. Lovely evening, pub landlord was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, thank you.
Toilet and shower on site which was brilliant, lovely piping hot shower, well done.
Small site which was nice, not keen on big noisy sites so this was fab! Pub was excellent x
Lots of pubs you can visit, nice canal walk nearby, coop literally up the road so if you need any supplies it’s really handy.
Dog friendly site and all dogs were on leads which is excellent x respect x
We will definitely be visiting again, the hospitality was great and that goes a long way for me.
You get 10/10 from us, well done x and…. See you again!

Amazing hidden campsite.
A beautiful gem run by lovely people in the grounds of a great pub!
I highly recommend trying it out on a warm night - ideally with friends.

Great site no electric or showers just toilets inside the pub but accessible 24/7 The landlord is very helpful. The pub does pre booked breakfast and basic pub grub
Locally there is a coop near by and many other pubs and restaurants all dog friendly and in walking distance.

Just loved this site, back to basics, no electric or showers and pub loos. £15 a night
Lovely flat site dog friendly.
Landlord Carl took good care of us. Pub was welcoming no food but fish and chip van on a Friday night.
Lots of other pub/restaurants near by nice walks along the canal.
We will be back … plans for showers and electric are in the pipeline.

Stayed a night at the Green Man - lovely, friendly pub.
Great walks along the canal and local footpaths.
Wonderful village with several other pubs and a great Diner for Breakfast.

Lovely site, very friendly owners.
Nice change to go to a proper pub. Fish and chip van stops at the pub on Friday nights, delish. Co-op just down the road, with cash point.
Will definitely return.

We only live a few miles away (2. 6 to be precise) but wanted somewhere nearby that felt like a holiday. Mark (landlord) is a lovely bloke, fab setting, dog friendly, very quiet and a nice boozer which doesn't do food but the chip van stops by on a Friday.
No showers or overnight loos but the pub facilities are open from early morning until closing time.
Shop a short walk away along with a varied choice of other drinking holes.
Oh yeah and it's cheap! We'll be back!
