Really pleased to have found this site after 10 years of motorhoming and caravanning. Arrived to find it's closing at the end of September after 26 years! Ce la vie.
Easy to find and access easy. Nice greeting.
Let's say functional but tired facilities but under the circumstances hardly surprising.
Good security.
If I had a criticism I felt £25 per night was a little over it's real value.
I would gladly recommend this site.

I have stayed at this site around 8 times in the last 4 or so years when I am fishing on the local rivers, the location of the site makes it very easy to get to Christchurch where I fish. Despite staying in a tent I don't find the noise of the road to be a problem, or the airport.
The facilities are good enough for a few days or a week, hot showers, washing up area, clean toilets, and the freezer is handy to keep your milk cool. Also, extra nice is just having adults only on the site.
Fillybrook is a great little place and I recommend it to fellow campers and I would stay there again without hesitation.

I have stayed at this site several times and enjoyed it as adults only. There is noise from the nearby roads but not too noticeable unless you're in a tent.
The dog walk area is small and dogs must be on leads but I don't find that too much of a problem as out all day with the dogs, perfectly adequate for wees and poos!
Studland Bay is about 30 mins drive away which is great for dogs. Hurn Forest just down the road is good but parking is limited, you'd only get small cars in.
Facilities very good and it's nice and quiet as no children!

What an excellent site and lovely owners, easy to find and good access, showers and toilets clean and lovely hot water, outside washing up sink with hot water, plenty of space between pitches, 10 amp electric all in all a good reasonably priced site well placed to visit Christchurch and Bournemouth and the New Forest. Would highly recommend a visit but being selfish I would like to keep this little Gem to myself, an added bonus it's Adult Only.

Spent 6 nights on fillybrook farm. Nice small site. Margaret the lady owner is very efficient and takes good care that everything is run ship shape.
If it wasn't for the road of the other side of the hedge and Hurn airport I would say it was a peaceful site we chose an adult only site for peace and quiet but being in a tent we found it noisy. We were in the field next to the owners 3 horses which was lovely.

Excellent little site real bonus not allowing kids :) good pitches pleasant owner happy to help. Only downside was the charge for the showers 60p for 6 mins I'm sure in these times its time to lose the meters nothing worse than getting half way through a shower soap everywhere trying to find more change, leaving the shower to walk round to the meter

We stayed at Fillybrook for a long weekend, with our 3 dogs. The entry gate was really good, worked well and made us feel secure. The owner made us welcome and, after showing us round the facilities, respected our privacy. The toilet/shower block was adequate and clean, but we were surprised at the cost of using the shower. We appreciated the adults only rule, especially as the site is quite small, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we wanted. It was clean, tidy and well kept. The airport is not far away, but this was not a problem at all. The road outside was a bit noisy, the traffic fast, and the entry gate a bit tight for our large caravan & car. The dog walking however was very disappointing. It was not feasible (or safe) to walk the dogs along the road to the nearest forest entry. We had to take them in the car and the entry to the car park, guarded by fearsome rocks, was very 'snug' for the car, so we only used it once. It is a pity that there is not direct access from the farm to the woods. Although there was space where the dogs could be taken to wee etc. There was nowhere on the site where they could run free, which with a lively 4 month old puppy was a bit frustrating. However, we only intended to use the site as a base for other visits, and as a place to relax in between, so for that it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

I and my wife stayed here in our tent with our two dogs for four days/three nights. We did have a nice time and it really is a lovely little site but as you will see, I wasn't really able to give it the ratings I hoped it would have been due.
On arrival, the friendly and efficient owner showed us our pitch and asked for our £10 key deposit for the barrier at the entrance. (I hadn't realised this was required and as the site is cash only it did mean a little bit of rummaging in our wallets for enough money!). We then were shown the sites facilities and directed towards an enquiry bell if we needed any assistance.
As the sites website stated that walks are available directly from the site I enquired about these, and was informed that it wasn't safe to walk to these locations due to the 40mph road (more about that later) directly outside the site which didn't have a footpath. We were informed that Hurn forest was a short (5 mins) drive away and that this was the closest decent walk from the site. (This was a bit of a disappointment as having walks straight from the site was one of the reasons I had chosen it, as we had hoped to be able to park up and go for wanders straight out with the dogs, rather than have to take them out in the car throughout the stay).
A couple of hours after pitching up and making ourselves comfortable we were approached by the owner to inform us that our first night coincided with a student ball a few miles away from the site, which may cause some noise disturbance. They informed us that they had raised complaints with the council regarding the event as it occurred annually. Unfortunate as this was, it wasn't something within the owners control so we resolved ourselves to a late night. In the end, the music went on until about 3am but more disturbing that particular night was the nearby 'Banger Racing' track which sounded like a Formula 1 race was taking place a bit too close for comfort!
The following two nights there was no student ball or banger racing, so our background noise came from the constant speeding traffic, from the road just outside the site, which included many motorbikes; and above us from planes and helicopters coming and going from the nearby Bournemouth International Airport.
On a more positive note, the site itself is well maintained, as are the facilities, which included an outdoor but covered, washing-up area with hot and cold water. A freezer (although a fridge would have been nice), and a toilet block with cubicle toilets, hand dryer and a single fee-paid shower (which requires 3x 20p coins for a 6 minute shower - I found this a little stingy considering the cost of the site, and the timer starts when you put the final coin in rather than press start on the shower, so you lose about 30 seconds pressing start and waiting for the water to reach the required temperature!) There is also a hairdryer provided for use free of charge.
Because of the small size of the site, and it being level all the facilities are brilliantly accessible. It is also more pleasant being an 'adult only' site, as it really wouldn't have enough 'play space' for children.
In terms of the location, it is brilliant for traveling about the area, e. G. A stones throw from Bournemouth/Poole etc. But being sited on a surprisingly busy road, so close to a 'Banger-racing' track and Bournemouth Airport means I can't describe it as peaceful!
All in all, we did have a pleasant stay but the background noise from the road and sky was constant and disruptive. I would probably not recommend the site for tent owners, but caravaners would likely fair better due to the insulation their vans would provide.

I stayed at the site over the August Bank Holiday so it was busy, but being adult only it was still a quiet site. The road running outside was not too obtrusive.
The lady owner was pleasant enough. Although the site was 'dog friendly' the only dog walks were outside the site on the fairly busy road either 500m one way or for shorter walking options 200m the other way before you could get off road. But once on a walk you were in the edge of the forest and the walks were endless.
I was also placed alongside an electric live fence backing on to a horse paddock which was slightly off putting.
I was not there long enough to have to pay for the shower but disappointed that they were not free, otherwise the facilities were fine.
Not surprisingly the site 200m up the road charged exactly the same at £21 but had a small pool and took children.
Overall pleasant enough but I feel if you want peace and quiet and have a dog look around for other options.
