 Perfect and very peaceful place to stay, the views are stunning and only the sound of sheep and birds for company.
One shower and toilet which were clean and spacious and a toilet emptying facility and drinking water available.
We were the only visitors for 3 of the 4 nights so didn’t have to share. It felt like our own little piece of heaven.
25/30 minute walk into Stanhope either by road or the more scenic route across the fields, certainly kept us fit on the way back up! We will definitely be back. Thank you

Belle Vue was a beautiful quiet spot, lovely views and very peaceful. No criticisms.
Owner was very friendly and helpful. Being an adult only site it was blissfully peaceful and very much appreciated.
Very clear directions to the site. No frills site which is fine when you are in your own van.
Only suggestion would be a motion sensor light at the toilet but I should have used a torch!

Loved this site. The views were amazing.
Toilet and shower facilities are available and fresh drinking water.
The owners Howard and Linda were very pleasant and friendly and their little dog Hari is adorable.
We loved it here.

This site is our happy place we have been here a few times this year and we love it
It’s a peace of heaven a hidden gem
Lovely views and surroundings
So peaceful and tranquil
A lovely place to escape
The site is spotless and Howard and Linda are so friendly we feel like we’ve known them forever lovely couple
The site has lots of walks into the woods and a lovely walk into the village
It’s definitely our favourite site

The Paddock At Robsons
A small quiet touring park sitting alongside the River Wear, in a central location for for visiting all the attractions County Durham has to offer. 21 hardstandings and 1 grass pitch all with electric points, for caravans and motorhomes. Shower and Toilet Block and accessible / family shower room. Washing up area. Fresh water point, waste water point, chemical disposal point.
All the facilities of Wolsingham town are within easy walking distance. On site caravan accessory and awning shop and caravan workshop! Dogs are very welcome and there are many walks directly from the site, and it's five minutes to lovely riverside walks. Find out more here

Excellent base for Stanhope and Weardale.
Lovely villages, hill walking and great scenery all within driving distance.
Certainly will return to this brilliant area.

Linda and Howard made us feel very welcome when they greeted us upon arrival and explained the site facilities and setup.
The site ideally situated for a short pleasant walk into Stanhope or more strenuous walking in the beautiful surroundings.
The site is very clean, quiet and peaceful.

Excellent base for touring the North Pennines, Weardale has Teesdale.
Slitt Wood is a great walk from Westgate and a hike on Bollihope Carrs and Catterick Moss makes a good half day walk.
Lovely place, often overlooked.

This is a great spot for visiting Stanhope and the surrounding area.
Excellent walking in the area.
Lovely pubs and places to eat in the village.
Weardale overall is a great place and a bit of a hidden gem.

Quiet stay with fantastic views, everything we wanted. Will be back.
Noted the owner has covered the area for awnings with a suitable material which addresses the concern raised by reviewer on "Date of Visit: July 2018".
